I’m a Business Psychologist, Remote Work Coach, and someone who understands how messy and rewarding personal growth can be.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping people overcome challenges and find their way to happiness. Especially since my journey hasn’t always been straightforward. I had to make a lot of tough decisions, unexpected turns, and just overall grow a lot. I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel stuck, torn between responsibilities and what truly makes you feel like you are living an authentic life. Now, I’m here to help you find that same clarity and confidence.
My Story: From Chaos to Clarity
Back in 2012, I took my first big leap: I moved to Beijing as an au pair. It was my first time stepping outside my comfort zone in such a big way, and it sparked a love for adventure that has stayed with me ever since. With that one decision I learned that growth happens when you embrace the unfamiliar. It was also in China where my remote work career began.
Later, I found myself stepping into the role of acting CEO of my family business in Germany. Leading a team and making high-stakes decisions was rewarding and in a way I thought I had it all figured out now. My career in place and a nice path ahead. Looking back I realize that I often felt like something was off. Like this life wasn’t what I truly wanted. But I ignored that voice and thought it was the weight of responsibility.
When the Covid-19 pandemic shook up my world I chose to realign my life with my values. Slowly I separated myself from the family business, taking the work remote again. Finally I left the family business behind, and for the first time, I let myself fully pursue my passion: combining my expertise in Business Psychology with coaching to help others create their own transitions to a life lived with intention.
What I Do Today
Today, I combine my experience as a Business Psychologist with over a decade of remote work and leadership experience to help people like you uncover what truly matters, break through obstacles, and create a sustainable life that feels right.
And that doesn’t mean quick fixes or generic advice. It means working together to uncover the answers you already have within you and then creating a plan that turns this clarity into action.

But to keep it healthy, I only eat dark chocolate.
Walking Tours are always my first activity
A great and quick way to learn about the place and find new friends.
I never felt the business world was for me
… until I realized it was about the people within that truly mattered to me.
I was an intern at T-Systems
It felt like I learned even more than during my whole bachelor’s degree!
I usually only eat 1 meal a day
Which is dinner, and my daily snacks are mainly fruit, oatmeal and yogurt.
I love working in coffee shops
The chaos around me reminds me of home and my five noisy siblings.
